Shipping Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping with Hydrate By Q. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and no P.O. Box.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur during Holiday Season starting from October through January. We appreciate your patients and understanding. If you are trying to have your products by a certain date please order at least 2 weeks before that date to allow packaging and shipping time.

Our packages are shipped through the USPS. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses are not allowed at this time. We must have a physical address to ship to. This is to ensure our customers are receiving their packages at their addresses. 


At this time Hydrate By Q does not ship to any P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. We do apologize and understand that everyone would like to have our products but at this time it is unavailable. We hope to have this option available in near future. 


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Hydrate by Q is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If these charges aren't rectified at the time of shipping or arrival you will be sent an invoice to your shipping address for full payment. 



Hydrate by Q is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. All flat-rate packages come with a standard $50 worth of insurance. Please email with any questions and concerns regarding your package(s) at the time of receiving your products. 

Return & Exchange Policy

If for some reason the product that you received doesn't do that for your skin or meets your level of satisfaction please email us at with all questions and concerns.


Once you have received your product and you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or you have received damaged goods, we're here to help. We are sorry that you having issues or have received a damaged product and someone from our team will try to make it a smooth transition to replacing your product. 



Our products are single-personal use only and it is not sanitary or safe for our warehouse to receive items that have left our warehouse. In order to keep all of our products and our shipping and receiving warehouse free from contamination.  We ask that you email us with the issues that you are having with your product and we will instruct you on the next steps. 

Below are the steps to getting online store credit or replacement products.

  • You have 3 calendar days to notify us of any damage to item(s) from the date received.

  • Please include a photo of the product(s) of what you've received.

  • To be eligible for online store credit, you must have notified us via email within 3 days. 

  • Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. If you received the item(s) as a gift then the purchaser will have to provide you with the receipt.

  • You must submit a claim form with the carrier for a cash refund. All shipments have insurance.

  • Once the product is deemed damaged you have the option to get a replacement product or an online store credit for future ordering. 


Upon reviewing the photos and the claim we will get back to you within 48 hours of how we can help you.

Once reviewed we will initiate an online store credit that you will be able to use on your next purchase. If you receive an online store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will not refund the shipping of your order only the products.
