Don't worry as long as your parcel for your non-custom product wasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting our service team.

Can I order by call a services number on the website?

Sorry currently we are not able to take your order by telephone. But we are working hard on bringing you the feature. But you can still use your Smartphone to place an order.

Is my payment secure?

Where can I redeem my voucher or discount code?

During checkout, you have the option to enter the specific code, it will be applied to the whole shopping cart.

Each purchase once, for as long as the promotion is active.

How long is the delivery time?

When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 7-8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination. Please take note that shipping during the Holidays could be delayed by a week. Please ensure that if you are ordering gifts for family and friends that you allow enough shipping time or use our gift wrapping services and have items shipped to them.
